Branding Showcase: Sunny Side Up

We took a single element and turned it into an entire brand. Sunny Side Up’s branding and packaging guide was created to delight the online consumers who receive these packaged products in the mail.

Project Overview:

Jay Franco & Sons needed a branding and packaging guide for their new direct-to-consumer subsidiary, Sunny Side Up. The product line features high quality home goods for kids which will be marketed online.

Challenges:

The primary logo already existed from another agency. Our challenge was to create a complete brand identity around the logo concept and to apply that to practical packaging needs. The artwork needed to be versatile yet cohesive. The guide needed to clearly communicate the usage of the brand which their packaging design department would implement. The products would be marketed online and then shipped directly to the consumer. How could we deliver an exciting, branded experience to the consumer through packaging?

Solution:

We created over 30 pieces of original branded artwork and compiled it into an easy to follow pdf guide. The artwork is bright, energetic and trendy, which when applied to high end packaging materials will create a memorable branded experience for the consumer. The guide features 22 pages of instruction and examples, including several full packaged product mockups, font guidelines and a brand color palette.
