Yes! All Twill sites are mobile friendly.

Obviously, SEO (search engine optimization) can be an important factor for growing your business. People need to be able to easily find your site using search engines. Squarespace is a great platform for SEO and already includes many of the features that will help you stand out in the crowd. In addition to this, there are many things we can do to improve your search engine ranking even more. Twill will work with you to uncover what key words should be included in your copy, and will add these key words in the SEO descriptions included in the settings of your Squarespace website.

Our UX process is what makes our services special. For that reason, it takes a little more time than our competitors will promise you. It can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks from project initiation to launch, depending on the size of the project. We tailor the process to each individual project and can work within your deadline if you have one. Another key variable is how many stakeholders are involved and their schedules. Larger groups take longer to schedule meetings, so the process will usually take longer for those projects.

We will have a virtual one-hour workshop at each stage of the process where we invite all key stakeholders to participate. These workshops typically involve a presentation of Twill’s progress or research plus a discussion and a collaborative work session where we sort out problems. We typically host about 5-8 workshops for each of our projects.

You will be responsible for providing all written content on your website, however, we will outline your content strategy in a detailed plan to make this an easy process. Copywriting services are also available upon request.

After an initial free consultation, Twill will prepare a proposal for your review. You’ll let us know if you’d like to move forward then we will send you an invoice for ½ of the estimated project total for your deposit. Work will begin when we receive your deposit.

Upon project completion, we will send you another invoice for the remaining balance of the project.

If, during the course of the project, the scope begins to exceed the estimated proposal, we will be 100% transparent about this and discuss any additional fees before extra work is completed.

All payment terms are clearly laid out in the project proposal.

Our project price does not include annual hosting fees or fees for third-party integrations/plugins. We will discuss your options for hosting in your consultation call.

Our project price does not include a domain name (i.e. www.name.com). If you do not have a domain name yet, don’t worry! We will guide you through that process too.
